• Debugging Logs: The Extension logs selector matches and DOM inspection details to the browser console for debugging purposes (e.g., to ensure compatibility with WhatsApp Web's UI). These logs are not stored, transmitted, or linked to any user identity.

2.3 Website Content

The Extension does not collect or store website content, such as text, images, videos, or messages from WhatsApp Web. It only applies visual blur effects to DOM elements on the client side and does not read, store, or transmit any content.

3. How We Use Your Information

The Extension uses the minimal data it accesses solely to provide its core functionality:

• Apply Blur Effects: The Extension uses DOM manipulation to apply CSS blur effects to WhatsApp Web content based on your selected blur mode.
• Maintain User Preferences: The blur mode preference stored via chrome.storage.sync is used to ensure consistent settings across sessions and devices.
• Debugging and Compatibility: Local console logs help us verify that the Extension works correctly with WhatsApp Web's frequently updated UI. These logs are not stored or sent externally.

We do not use your information for analytics, advertising, or any other purpose beyond the Extension's functionality.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any data to third parties. The Extension operates entirely on your device and does not transmit any data to external servers. Specifically:
